He introduces a new higher performance gas generator cycle 75,000 lbf LOX/RP-1 engine called the NewtonThree in this talk. The 75,000 lbf puts it in the same thrust class as the SpaceShipTwo hybrid engine, but with much higher Isp performance and better potential reusability.
