I have no idea, but if I had to guess, I’d say no. I don’t think there is a big enough market for them to care about that segment. I’m sure they could build something to rival the Antonov, but what’s the point? They wouldn’t make their investment back.
That said, an an aviation enthusiast, I would love to see it.
