I’m still damned impressed that the rocket can find the tiny barge in the middle of the ocean.
That being said, I’m not convinced they’re as close to recovering the first stage as everybody else is. It sure seems like a leg gave out when it landed. And I think they’re always going to fighting a big lateral and vertical velocity, so I don’t think the sliding and tipping over failure mode is limited to barge recovery.
